You will operate as an enterprise-level contributor who flexes across onboarding, product training, digital transformation, global program scaling, and field enablement.

You will serve as a content owner, facilitator, program coordinator, and transformation contributor, ensuring that our learning operations remain strong even during periods of change or rapid growth. Above all, your work will directly translate into better-prepared commercial teams and improved outcomes for patients with rare diseases.
Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Capability Acceleration Lead delivery, coordination, and facilitation of new hire onboarding programs, ensuring global consistency with regional adaptability.

  • Support the expansion and operational excellence of the Global Guest Trainer Program.

Field & Business Enablement

  • Partner with field leadership to drive adoption of digital transformation initiatives and modern learning platforms.

Operational & Compliance Excellence

  • Own and manage contracting processes for L&D vendors, consultants, and project-based work.
  • Maintain strong audit-ready documentation and version control practices.

Transformation & Innovation

  • Act as a strong contributor in the Global CL&D Transformation, helping elevate systems, processes, and AI-enabled learning strategies.
